In recent years she has provided U.S. legal services to PRC companies with U.S. subsidiaries in capital markets and M&A transactions, including U.S. legal due diligence and U.S. legal opinions, and continues to advise several of those subsidiaries on day-to-day corporate governance and compliance.

Tim Chen studied physics and politics at Peking University and earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, focusing on U.S. tax law. Chen spent five years at DLA Piper in San Francisco and Washington, D.C., advising global technology companies on securities, tax, corporate, and cross-border structuring matters, then practiced corporate and M&A law at a boutique firm before founding Glamdring PLLC in 2025.
